The journal that changed my life.
The world had shut down, anxieties ran high, and suddenly we had time to fill at home. I scrolled upon a bookmaker in Scotland who offers online workshops and I fell in love with creating from scrap. I never imagined the release I would feel- getting lost in doodles, stitches and layers of media that I’ve collected over many years. I took a break from social media for a summer and brought my journal everywhere as a creative practice because it gave me something to do- getting back to physical (analog) mark-making.
